How long does shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.
How do I track my order?

What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS and UPS. The best courier is selected based on your location and order size.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. If a refund is approved a 10% restocking fee applies. Please contact support@zoifulwellness.com with any concerns.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. If you receive a damaged item email support@zoifulwellness.com within 3 days with your order number, lot number, and photo of the damage.
What if my item is lost or damaged?
Contact our support team immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional shipping cost.

We do not charge additional fees for standard orders. A credit card transaction fee not exceeding 5% may apply to bulk orders.

Every product is tested at three stages — raw ingredients, during manufacturing, and on the finished product. Testing includes identity verification, microbiological safety, potency analysis, and heavy metals screening.

Yes. We test for harmful metals including lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury to ensure every product is safe for consumption.
