Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Zoiful (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up or participating in the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into binding agreements. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2 Enrollment
To join, you must complete and submit an application. Upon approval, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link and access to your affiliate dashboard.
3 Commission Structure
Unless otherwise negotiated in writing, commissions are calculated based on tracked purchases made through your unique affiliate link and completed by new or returning customers.

Commission percentages and structures may vary by account, sales volume, promotional method, or custom agreement
Important Commission Notes:
- Any advertised structure (including first-time purchase bonuses, tiered rates, or customer discounts) is subject to change at any time, without prior notice
- We reserve the right to adjust or revoke commissions for returned, canceled, fraudulent, or ineligible transactions
- We are not obligated to honor commission structures that are outdated, incorrectly displayed, or miscommunicated, and reserve the right to adjust commission rates or exclude specific transactions based on abuse, returns, or violation of terms
4 Payout Terms
Payouts are issued via ACH on a monthly basis, once the minimum payout threshold of $50 is reached.
Tax Documentation Requirements:
- No payouts will be made unless a valid W-9 or W-8BEN is submitted to the Company
- If your annual commissions exceed $600, a 1099-NEC will be issued as required by U.S. law
It is your responsibility to keep payment and tax information accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for any missed or delayed payments due to incomplete or inaccurate information.
5 Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6 Use of Assets
You may use Company-approved logos, banners, and media assets for promotional purposes. All content must maintain brand integrity and be used in accordance with our guidelines.
7 Disclosure & Compliance
Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines, including disclosing their affiliate relationship clearly and visibly (e.g., “I may earn a commission on purchases made through my links.”)
8 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason. You may also leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon termination, you forfeit any unpaid commissions on unfulfilled or refunded orders.
9 Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages or lost revenue. Our maximum liability is limited to the total commission paid to you in the past 6 months.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You’ll be notified of any material changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws.
